Welcome to Flowgenn, a SaaS AI automation platform designed to streamline business tasks through AI-driven solutions. Your privacy and data security are paramount to us. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect it. By using Flowgenn, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Flowgenn does not collect or store any personal client data on our servers. Our system processes information solely to provide requested services and automations in real-time.

a) User Data

To use certain Flowgenn functionalities, users may log in via Google Authentication. Flowgenn only processes temporary session tokens for the following purposes:

  • Login Authorization: Authenticates users for platform access.
  • API Access Tokens: Temporarily grants access to third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar) during active sessions. Tokens are securely stored only while the session remains active and are automatically discarded once the session ends.

Flowgenn does not permanently store or retain these tokens or user data beyond the duration of active sessions.

b) Third-Party Data

Flowgenn integrates with Google Workspace APIs (such as Gmail, Calendar) to perform specific tasks as instructed by the user. All third-party data interactions are:

  • Temporary and Encrypted: Accessed in real-time during user sessions, with data removed immediately upon task completion.
  • Limited to Session Duration: Flowgenn does not store, back up, or retain third-party data beyond the session.

2. Encryption and Security

Flowgenn is committed to ensuring robust data protection through advanced encryption and security measures, in line with industry standards and Google’s requirements:

  • Data Transmission: All data exchanges between your browser, Flowgenn, and third-party services are encrypted via industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
  • Data Storage: Temporary data processed within active sessions is encrypted and securely deleted once the session concludes.
  • Data Handling Standards: We follow rigorous security protocols for access control, ensuring only authorized personnel handle data on a strict need-to-know basis.
  • Token Management: OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted during transit and at rest, with encryption keys managed securely.
3. Compliance with Google Workspace API Services Policies

Flowgenn complies with Google Workspace API Services policies to ensure responsible handling of user data. We maintain transparency and only request access to data essential for our services.

  • Prohibited Uses: Flowgenn does not engage in any unauthorized or prohibited use of Google Workspace API user data, including selling, distributing, or using the data for advertising purposes.
  • Restricted Scopes: We access only essential scopes required for the functionality specified by users, such as composing or sending emails upon request. Access is strictly confined to approved use cases, as described in Google’s policy.
  • Transparent Data Use Disclosure: Flowgenn ensures users are fully informed about what data is accessed, why it’s accessed, and how it’s utilized. Users must provide consent before any interaction with their Google data occurs.
  • User Data Deletion: Users may request data removal at any time, although we do not retain any session data once the session concludes.

4. Your Rights

As a Flowgenn user, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Transparency: We ensure that all data interactions are clearly explained and consented to within the Flowgenn application.
  • Right to Data Deletion: Flowgenn provides real-time automation and does not store user data post-session. If any data is inadvertently retained, users may request its immediate deletion.
  • Right to Data Portability: Users may download any data they manage through Google or other third-party services directly from those platforms.
5. Third-Party Services

Flowgenn collaborates with Google APIs and other third-party services to provide automation services as instructed by users. While these services are compliant with our privacy standards, we encourage users to review their privacy policies:

  • Google Workspace API Privacy Policy
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Flowgenn does not employ cookies or tracking technologies. Third-party services integrated within Flowgenn may use cookies; please consult their policies directly for details.

7. Requests for User Consent and Transparency

Flowgenn employs a transparent, contextual consent model for any API requests involving user data:

  • Clear Disclosure: Users are notified of the type of data requested and its purpose at the time of each request.
  • Active User Consent: Users must provide explicit consent through affirmative actions, such as checking boxes or selecting “Allow,” before data access is granted.
  • Access Control: Permissions are requested incrementally and only as required by the application’s immediate functionality, in compliance with Google OAuth 2.0 policies.
8. Security Best Practices and Notification of Security Incidents

Flowgenn takes every precaution to protect your data:

  • Compliance with OWASP Top 10 Security Measures: Flowgenn’s security protocols align with leading security standards.
  • Data Breach Notification: In the rare event of a security breach or incident affecting user data, Flowgenn will notify users and Google promptly and coordinate any necessary corrective actions.
  • Third-Party Security Standards: We require any integrated third-party services to maintain security standards in line with Flowgenn’s commitments.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Flowgenn reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically for the latest updates on how we protect your information.
